Orientalist Silk

Selvedge to selvedge yardage of silk gauze with brocading of latticework containing rose bouquets and five point stars.The brocade and the polychrome floralss are woven in discontinuous supplementary weft. The motifs are influenced by Ottoman silks of previous centuries.
