Chinese Brocade with Tigers

Fragment of Chinese brocade featuring a row of tigers.The animals are of different colors but all have the typical tiger stripes. Each tiger is surrounded by four other smaller animals such as lizards, frogs, snakes, scorpions. One of the long edges has the original selvage and it looks like the brocading  is done on the warp.
