Gutta Percha Belt

Gutta Percha is a hard black or brown rubberlike material that is harvested from gutta percha trees which are native in Malaysia. It is still used in dentistry to fill the root cavity in root canal therapy, as it doesn’t react within the human body.Any jewelry made of gutta percha can be safely dated to the victorian era. This belt consists of long oval-shaped beads that are strung together using silk thread. A silk ribbon secures it around the wearer’s waist.
