Embroidered Panel
A small embroidered panel of linen embellished in a linear design with a central strip of alternating flowers and four leaf clovers — strips of wavy design above and below and all separated by narrow strips of geometrics.
The technique is hand tambour a form of chain stitch. The ground is completely covered with work save for the areas where the threads are pulled.
This panel is a section of a sleeve.
