Woman’s Headcover (phulkari)
Shawl of brown cotton embroidered with two shades of gold floss silk in a design of interlocking diamond shapes within two borders – one with a zigzag motif and a second border of arches. The embroidery is done from the back in a counted stitch floss silk with long floats in the front to showcase as much of it as possible.
