Han Chinese woman’s summer surcoat.
The Han pattern is characterized by the loose fitting, calf length body with long sleeves ending with embroidered sleeve bands. The gauze is patterned with roundels containing Buddhist auspicious symbols such as the wheel, endless knot, fish, and vase.
