Squirrel Tail Ikat Sarong

The tiny ikat detailing is produced by tying of very few silk threads before they are dipped in the dye.The ikat yarns are combined with threads of a single color for the checkered effect. The fuzzy ikat edges look like fur which is why these silks, made for mens sarongs, are called squirrel tail ikat silks.
