Scroll of Joined Sleevebands

Joined pair of sleeve bands with a symmetrical design featuring two pairs of birds; the top golden pheasants and the bottom mandarin ducks, completely recognizable by all their identifying marks such as tail feathers, crested head, body shape, etc. They are shown in a garden setting with water, auspicious flowers and two pairs of large butterflies hovering above.The handwork is very precise and detailed , polychrome silk in satin and French knot and couched metallic thread.
