Pair of Joined Yastiks
Yastiks are rectangular pillow faces that are used in Middle Eastern homes for divans that run along the walls of a sitting room. Sometimes knotting techniques makes them resemble bagfaces, other times the methods of embellishing are either by stitching or weaving. This pair is made of cut silk velvet. It was woven with the two panels facing each other and woven with same weft that is later cut to separate them.Priced per pair.
