Informal Blue Summer Gauze Robe

A summer silk gauze robe in a monochromatic blue. In the summer heavy satin robes were traded for lighter garments made of semi-sheer silk gauze. The open weave of this robe provided ventilation. This gauze garment has a subtle woven pattern of medallions disappearing and appearing in the shifting light.
