Embroidered and Painted Kimono

This stunning embroidered and painted kimono has a rural landscape view throughout with multicolored trees. The top third of the kimono is sky blue, the middle third is cream, and the bottom third is a deep blue signifying the gradation from sky to water. On the back there are two birds embroidered in gold and silver thread with a landscape painted underneath. These birds are on two posts that are decorated with flowers. On one of the posts there is a red cord that is tied in a bow.
