Embroidered Festival Hat
	
		Peruvian hat made of felt bowler style with the brim pushed down. The surface of felt is almost completely cover with polychrome embroidery The embroidered motifs are mostly farm related like fruit, birds and fish and the work, done with a manually operated sewing machine is still quite remarkable. Worn by women of the village of Chivay.
