Goan Dowry Chest
This dowry chest, from the Portuguese colony of Goa, is made of a combination of teak and mahogany wood and has a top opening. The piece is mounted on four wheeled legs and also has a small front drawer. It is decorated in the front with an inlaid wood crucifix.

India, early 20th century, wood with brass fixtures, good with nice patina condition, 44 1/2" (l) x 36" (h) x 26" (w)
